im glad you talked about jackets, where i live everybody always gets there stylish jackets at express. its gets annoying because you can tell where they get there clothes at and when everybody’s wearing the same thing, i think its only right to get something that nobody has from another store. i commend you on telling people that you can get clothes from a number of different stores that are are just as good if not better than the one that everybody’s going to

Aaron? Can you send some advice on winter footwear my way? I love my runners, but they are cold and always get ruined in the snow, and big bulky boots are hard to walk in and have no style. Thanks. Have a wonderful holiday. Wesley from Canada.

i always call that puffy jacket a “michelin-man jacket”

My everyday coat is a black long single breasted military styled pea coat. It looks great with everything; jeans or dressier pants. It is not that warm, but it is a sacrifice. I can’t imagine myself wearing the puffy or more casual because I feel trashy. I do own a bunch but it is not the same.
Ok… I just realized I talk alot. lol
Thanks for the post. Funny as aways!!!

Man its not getting that cold in Georga

Thanks for this video. I like this video. You should have included information such as warmth of the jacket — I think there’s a tendency to switch jackets based on how warm it is, snowy, rainy, etc. I love peacoats!

Hey! I’m a recent subscriber and I wonder if you could point me in the right direction on something..
I’m 6’1″, thin, but I have kinda broad shoulders and long arms. So I have a very hard time finding shirts (long and short-sleeved) and jackets that fit me just right. Would you have any economical tips for me as far as how to address this problem? It’s sooo frustrating!!!

The first Jacket you wore is actually called a “Puffer”. You were correct.

@Blakamo: i feel a lot of the most fashionable clothes out there are designed for the tall and the thin (which i guess is why most models seem to fit that criteria). for someone who is vertically-challenged such as myself and Aaron (i’m 5’7) you want to by all means avoid baggy clothes. that is why he repeatedly mentions creating a ‘visual streamline’. make sure all your clothes are fitted. remember fitted does NOT mean skin-tight!
Blakamo on December 8, 2010 at 6:34 pm
@PitaWho yeah, I’m 5’7 too. :\
I wasn’t talking about the clothes, I was talking about like, the insecurities with being shorter. Is aaon 5’7?

Belstaff is a good option.

i still cant get over the fact that you wont for the hell of it get a decent haircut, i mean seriously, it doesnt look THAT bad , but it just looks self done and messy…i dont understand how a fashion oriented guy just doesnt give a damn about his hair
